Restorative & Sound Healing

Angela offers a unique experience of deep healing through sound. For one hour, comfortably lying down in our cocoon, you will embark on a restorative sound journey guided by the healing vibrations of quartz bowls and Tibetan bowls. Frequencies that will allow you to release tension, balance your energy, and reach a state of profound relaxation.
Throughout this session, you will experience deep well-being, supporting emotional, mental, and physical balance.
This sound journey is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the external noise, restore your vital energy, and reconnect with yourself.

Slow You Grow – Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.
It promotes flexibility, stillness, and inner awareness. In this Yin Yoga practice, Mar invites you to pause and cultivate a deep connection with yourself. Through sustained Yin postures (supported by props for comfort and ease) and mindful breathing, we will explore stillness and surrender as tools to release tension and restore balance to both our physical and subtle bodies.

Release & Reset- Soft Hatha Vinyasa

This class serves as an introduction to Hatha Yoga. It is divided in three parts, providing a comprehensive Yoga experience: Pranayama (breathing exercise), Asana (physical postures), and Dharana (meditation). Involve different movements and postures, following a sequence synchronized with the breath. It often includes pauses to hold postures for several breaths.

Fit Yoga

This class is for those who want to feel empowered and awaken for the day ahead. In this method we will combin the traditional practices of vinyasa, with functional training and elements of ashtanga, to energise the body, build strength and achieve flexibility. Every class has its own particularities but we will keep the same structure, warming up the body, adding an element of heath, tonning-up the muscles and slowing down into a relaxed state. The class aims to leave you feel energized and motivated to keep-up with a healthy lifestyle.
