A Sunrise with Yourself. This Hatha/ Slow Vinyasa Yoga session is a hug for your body and soul, a space to move your body consciously, breathe, and listen to what you need and desire on this new day. Through gentle movements and mindful postures, Mar & Laura invite you to awaken with awareness, offering intentions that inspire you long-term and support you throughout your day and life. 75 minutes to establish new listening and begin the day from pleasure and gratitude.

This class is for those who want to feel empowered and awaken for the day ahead. In this method we will combin the traditional practices of vinyasa, with functional training and elements of ashtanga, to energise the body, build strength and achieve flexibility. Every class has its own particularities but we will keep the same structure, warming up the body, adding an element of heath, tonning-up the muscles and slowing down into a relaxed state. The class aims to leave you feel energized and motivated to keep-up with a healthy lifestyle.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.It promotes flexibility, stillness, and inner awareness. In this Yin Yoga practice, Mar invites you to pause and cultivate a deep connection with yourself. Through sustained Yin postures (supported by props for comfort and ease) and mindful breathing, we will explore stillness and surrender as tools to release tension and restore balance to both our physical and subtle bodies.This 75-minute session is designed to nurture calm, presence, and self-care, allowing you to gently inhabit the moment with attention and ease. A soft journey to bloom through stillness and rest.

As the day begins to soften, this 75-minute session invites you to slow down, release tension, and return to your inner space.
Blending the meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of sound, Pam guides you through long-held, floor-based postures designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for deep rest. As the body softens into each shape, the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other healing instruments support a deeper state of relaxation and energetic balance.
A grounding and restorative practice to help you disconnect from the external noise, regulate your energy, and transition peacefully from day to night.
Open to all levels. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, rest, and allow the practice to hold you.

Somatic Yin Yoga This Soma Yin Yoga class focuses on internal body awareness and is an invitation to slow down. Expect longer, supported holds combined with gentle somatic movement, breathing practices, meditation, and small touches of philosophy. The practice invites you to move inward, notice sensation, and connect with your body in a quiet, grounded way. There is space to rest, to listen, and to explore subtle shifts from within, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften over time. The class is suitable for all levels.

A deeply restorative sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
For one hour, you’ll be comfortably lying down in our cocoon while Pam guides you through the healing vibrations of quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments and frequencies. A space to release tension, restore your energy, and enter a state of deep relaxation.
This practice supports emotional, mental, and physical balance, offering a moment to disconnect from the external noise and return to your inner space.
No prior experience is needed- simply arrive, rest, and allow the sound to guide you.

Active Reset is a Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen, tone, and energize the body while releasing tension and creating space for inner calm. Through mindful movement, breath, and the use of props such as resistance bands, balls, and other materials, this class combines activation, flow, and body awareness in a safe and supportive way.

Karl brings his background as an osteopath and physiotherapist, offering an attentive and embodied approach to movement. Both, as Jivamukti Vinyasa practitioners and teachers, bring a mindful, devotional and dynamic quality to the practice.
