Mar is an internationally certified yoga teacher, trained in Purna Integral Yoga and specialized in Hatha & Yin Yoga. Currently deepening her path through a 500-hour Somatic Embodiment training, bringing a sensitive, body-led approach to her teaching. Mar shares holistic yoga classes rooted in presence, conscious movement, and breath as nourishment. Her sessions at the Studio—Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga—integrate somatic tools and are designed to be accessible, sustainable, and deeply human. She is also a certified Holistic Nutritionist (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC), weaving together her understanding of body, nourishment, voice, and nature as interconnected gateways to wellbeing.

Rouri Studio is co-created from a desire to nurture a conscious, gentle way of living – spaces of peace that help us become our most loving, present selves. “Through calmness and embodiment, the practice helps us truly see ourselves as we are, and in doing so, in seeing each other. It helps us cultivate a state of presence so we can enjoy the simple, sacred moments of life. And when we learn to find joy in the simple moments, life suddenly offers us many more to enjoy."

LAURA
MAT PILATES AND HATHA YOGA

Laura’s love for movement began very early, when she first glided across the ice as a child. To perform figure skating at a high level, she practiced Pilates to develop the control she needed on her skates. In 2025, Laura became a certified Mat Pilates instructor. A few years earlier, she had completed her yoga trainings in Vinyasa and became a ‚Yoga for Cancer‘ teacher. Vinyasa remains Laura’s signature style, as its dance-like flow feels connected to her background on the ice. She now supports people affected by cancer along with their loved ones through this challenging phase of life. Yoga has become an essential part of Laura’s life, and she continually reminds her students that yoga is not only practiced on the mat – Yoga is life.

VICKY
MAT PILATES

Vicky’s journey with movement began at a very young age through dance. She graduated from one of London’s leading dance conservatories and has since dedicated herself to teaching and exploring the art of movement. Over the years, she has taught both children and adults, sharing her deep passion for body awareness, strength, and expression. Certified with BASI Pilates, Victoria combines her dance background with the precision and mindfulness of Pilates to create classes that are both dynamic and thoughtful. Each session is designed with intention-every movement serves a purpose, helping the body find balance, control, and ease. In her classes she brings her signature energy: a bright smile, positive atmosphere, and just the right amount of challenge. Her teaching style is rooted in the BASI repertoire, but she enjoys adding creative variations to keep classes engaging and fun. For Vicky, movement is more than exercise-it’s a privilege and a lifelong companion. Whether through dancing, Pilates, or simply walking, she believes movement is what connects us to ourselves and keeps us vibrant. Her message to new students is not to rush your progress. Trust the process, listen to your body, and enjoy the journey-your body will thank you for it.
